Take this handsome home near the newly rennovated McDonald Elementary, for example. It sold in one day. Congratulations go out to the Earhart Family, by the way. We had been looking for approximately five months together. Since buying a home is a big commitment, this family wanted to explore all avenues first before deciding which one was the right road for them. We looked at different neighborhoods, homes to remodel, invest in land to build new and so on. After a couple of months we narrowed our focus during a very h-o-t Seattle real estate market. We had to contend with other eager and competitive buyers, waiting patterns to make offers, and preinspections.
