    October Market Report for Seattle’s Green Lake Real Estate

    Hi Green Lake Friends! With October 2017 numbers in, let’s take a look at the resident real estate closings for the month in the neighborhood.

    There were 41 sold Green Lake properties (both Green Lake condos green lake loopand single family homes) in October with the largest sale being a lovely newer home for $1.975M in Tangletown and the lowest price point was a modest 315 square foot condo for $150,000.  The median price in Green Lake for October 2017 is $757,000 or $468.00 per square foot at 6% over list.  The lowest price per square foot we noted was a home which sold on the busier part of 80th Street for $338.00. If you compare this to last October 2016, there were 35  Green Lake homes for sale (both condos and single family properties) which sold with the median price of $625,000 or $411.00 at 4% over list.

    If you have your eyes set on the Green Lake neighborhood, there are 23 Green Lake properties for sale to choose from at the moment – everything from a 596 square foot condo in The Green Lake condominium building across the lake to a 4,000 square foot home on the west side of Green Lake for $1.75M.
