There were 41 sold Green Lake properties (both Green Lake condos and single family homes) in October with the largest sale being a lovely newer home for $1.975M in Tangletown and the lowest price point was a modest 315 square foot condo for $150,000. The median price in Green Lake for October 2017 is $757,000 or $468.00 per square foot at 6% over list. The lowest price per square foot we noted was a home which sold on the busier part of 80th Street for $338.00. If you compare this to last October 2016, there were 35 Green Lake homes for sale (both condos and single family properties) which sold with the median price of $625,000 or $411.00 at 4% over list.
